ABOUT DACSIS
Operating out of Scott, Louisiana, DACSIS is a small, family owned company. Barry Hohensee, CEO and founder, established DACSIS (Detection, Alarms, Communications, Suppression and Integration Services) in 2005 with his wife, Laurie Hohensee. In 2009, Silas Pellegrin and Pam Pellegrin joined DACSIS, as business partners, to help meet the needs of a growing clientele and now work together with Barry and Laurie to make up the other half of our senior management team.
At DACSIS, our mission is to provide customers quality products and services which meet or exceed their requirements and assist in finding solutions for their project specific applications, on time and on budget. The services we provide include shop drawing preparation, equipment installation, system commissioning, and follow-on maintenance services for commercial and industrial applications. We also operate as a vendor for many products focused around stand-alone or networked applications of fire and gas alarm, detection, and suppression systems.
We take pride in our team of experienced draftsmen and estimators, who work closely with in-house factory trained and licensed technicians. Our staff is complemented with individuals certified to NICET Levels I, II, or III in their area(s) of expertise, and the company currently holds State Fire Marshal licenses and certifications in Louisiana and Texas.
